Exchange and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not fit perfectly. At the Threaders Club, we are committed to making the exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible to ensure your satisfaction. Exchanges and associated fees are free throughout mainland France.

How to Make an Exchange:

  • Notification: Contact our dedicated team at hello@clubdesenfileurs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the new size(s) you would like.
  • Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item to us. Exchanges and return shipping are free , and we will cover these costs.
  • Before initiating any shipping process , it is imperative to follow the instructions provided by our customer service. Please do not return any items before receiving these instructions, as this may delay the processing of your exchange.
  • Receiving and Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item and, once confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange.
  • Replacement Item Shipping: The replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number for your new item.

Return policy ⚽️

Right of withdrawal 

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, each customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of their order to inform Rufus Paris of their intention to return the product. Following this notification, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product. The postmark is proof.

 

Before returning the package:

Before initiating any return process, it is imperative to contact our customer service at hello@clubdesenfileurs.com . Please provide us with the following details:

  • Your first and last name.
  • The order number.
  • The items you wish to return.
  • The reason for return (defective, not as described, change of mind, etc.).
  • Any other details you deem relevant or any concerns you may have.

Once you provide us with this information, our team will evaluate your request and provide you with specific return instructions. Please do not return any items until you receive these instructions, as this may delay the processing of your return or incur additional charges.

We strive to respond to all return requests within 48 hours. Your satisfaction is our priority , and we are here to help you resolve any concerns or issues you may have.

 

Refund 

After receipt and verification of the product's condition, the refund will be issued by automatic credit within 30 days. However, the refund will not be issued until Rufus Paris has received and inspected the returned item.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exceptions 

Items purchased through the OUTLET tab are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of a proven product defect. In this event, Rufus Paris undertakes to replace the defective item.

Likewise, items purchased on sale, with a promo code or during "SALES" (such as "Black Friday") are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
